Can I sync inventory from invoicing services to Shopify? What about from other sources?

Yes, xConnector can sync inventory from invoicing services to Shopify, as well as from other supported sources.

My website allows orders even when products are out of stock. Can I see which orders contain items that are no longer in stock?

xConnector marks orders with in-stock products ("In stock") in chronological order until stock is depleted, then marks orders containing out-of-stock items as "Out of stock." You can filter and prioritize orders based on these tags.

I have customers who accidentally place two or more orders but confirm only one. Can I see all orders placed by the same customer on the same day?

xConnector allows you to filter orders from customers who place multiple orders within a specific timeframe. A tag is automatically added to these orders, and you can filter them by tag to view all duplicate orders.

Can I automatically cancel invoices for packages refused by customers?

Yes, using the mobile app, you can scan the barcode on the shipping label, and with one click, cancel the Shopify order, which will automatically void the invoice as well.

Is it possible to automate invoice payments so we don’t have to manually mark each one as paid?

Invoices can be automatically marked as paid by importing reconciliation reports with cash-on-delivery refunds from the courier or based on tracking information. This option works for invoices issued for both cash-on-delivery and card payments. Additionally, payments can be registered in Shopify at the order level, automatically changing the status from "Payment Pending" to "Paid."

How can I try xConnector for free?

You can try xConnector for free by installing it from the Shopify App Store or by clicking the "Install on Shopify" button on our homepage. The free trial is available for 30 days, beginning on the installation day.

Can I install xConnector on multiple stores?

No, one xConnector instance is valid for a single Shopify domain. To use xConnector on multiple stores, you must install it separately for each store.

If a customer forgets to select a locker, I cannot generate the shipping label. How can I assign a locker after the order is placed?

Before generating the shipping label, the locker must be selected. You can do this in Shopify by clicking the order number and selecting "View order status page" or by having the customer click the "View Order" link in the order confirmation email. Both options open a page with a locker map for selection. You can also set up email notifications for orders placed without a selected locker.

When I generate documents, I receive an error. What can I do?

The most common errors when generating documents are caused by incorrect or incomplete settings. You can find here the solutions for the common issues.

We have a high return rate and can no longer handle requests by phone or email. How can we automate the returns process?

The return process can be automated by installing a return form on your website. This form collects return requests and generates return shipping labels, where the sender is the customer and the recipient is your store.

I sell products that consist of multiple units, but in Shopify, they are configured as a single product. For example: 1 set = 5 items. Can I deduct 5 items from inventory instead of just 1 set?

Yes, in Shopify, a specific metafield is set, which xConnector reads and uses on the invoice, including the number of units contained in the sold product. Subsequently, 5 units will be deducted from the stock.

Can I generate shipping labels for multiple orders at once?

Yes, you can generate and print shipping labels in bulk for multiple orders at the same time. This is also valid for invoices.

I operate two companies. Can I issue invoices for both companies using xConnector?

Yes, you can connect separate invoicing services for each company in xConnector. When generating invoices, you can select the desired connector associated with the respective company.

How can I offer customers the option to pick up orders from lockers?

Install the "Collect Points" module on your website, which displays a map of available lockers from one or more couriers activated in xConnector. Customers can select the most convenient locker, and the shipping label will be generated with the locker as the delivery address.

Can I connect multiple couriers in xConnector?

Yes, you can connect an unlimited number of courier and invoicing services in xConnector. This is available for all subscription types.
